Sphinx Shrine Communication

Sphinx Shrine communications has 3 basic areas of focus:

  1. The website. We are looking for constant updates to unit and club information, as well as content for the good of Shrinedom, in general. Notices of upcoming events and information and photos of past events - ALL Sphinx-related content is welcomed. Please keep in mind that info and content for the web is NOT to be time-sensitive and should be more of a long-term or "reference" in nature.

  2. Our newspaper communication, “The Booster.” The printed publication is sent 3-4 times per year. When submitting content, it should include things you unit or club has done in the past 3 months and what is upcoming in the next 3 months. (Or any other items of Shrine interest.)

  3. E-mail Newsletters. (Commonly referred to "Email Blasts")
    This is a Sphinx E-mail newsletter sent to all subscribers that offers updated info on upcoming events. This allows for proper e-mail list tracking that includes "opt-in" and unsubscribe functionality. Be sure to sign up if you have not already done so.

If you are not already getting the E-Mail newsletters, be sure to go to the main page of the Sphinx Website. You’ll see the link to “subscribe” to the Sphinx e-mail newsletter. Remember all these means of communication are not just there for the Divan. They are for the units, clubs and ALL Nobility! We encourage you all to please make use of them!

Submissions

  • For "The Booster"
    All articles, photos, etc, for the Sphinx Booster should be sent via email and must be received at the Sphinx Shrine Center by the deadline dates - check with the Recorder's office or contact the Editor at .. sphinxbooster@gmail.com

  • For the Website:
    Please submit any content via email to the webmaster at: "brufair@gmail.com"
