SPHINX DEGREE TEAM

Brothers and Nobles:

I have been assigned the task of setting up the EA Degree to be presented in our Lodges in Connecticut by the Sphinx Shriners.

It is my goal to present this degree 4 times a year, 2 on each side of the “River”.

Due to travel time (and expense) from Winsted to New London or Brooklyn to Milford, or visa-versa, it is necessary to have a list of volunteers, with the positions they can assume, so that no Noble will have to travel more than 45 minutes to an hour in each direction.

The Lodges, in turn, would be required to request our presence not less than 6 weeks in advance, and have their business meeting after the degree, so that it does not become a late night for the team.

In order to complete this task, as requested by our Potentate, it is necessary to have many volunteers to fill the various chairs. If you are willing to fill any of these positions, especially if you can do something different (long apron lecture, door lecture, working tools walk-around lecture, etc.) or just do the normal ritual for the position you would be willing to fill, please let me know.

If you are interested in joining the team, please let me know what positions you are able to fill, and the nights of the week you are available, and of course the District or area, you would help in.
